All items sold by Edugate are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under normal circumstances.

Should merchandise be found defective upon receipt, customers may request an exchange. To arrange an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The defective merchandise must remain in its original packaging and in unused condition.
Customers must notify Edugate within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.Notifications can be made via:-

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Edugate reserves the right to amend terms & conditions and of final decision on all matters of disputes related to exchanges, returns, and defective merchandise.
