Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for all orders delivered within Hong Kong and Macau.​For all orders shipped outside Hong Kong and Macau, customers are responsible for paying the shipping fees. Shipping charges for international destinations will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight/size of your order.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information once your order has been shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders shipped outside Hong Kong and Macau may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. EG-TV is not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred at customs.
